February 2026 Quarterly Update

It’s hard to believe we’re already five years in. I’m incredibly proud of our team and the steady progress we’ve made, guided by a commitment to doing meaningful work the right way. As part of our continued evolution, we’re thrilled to welcome Todd Chambers to our advisory board. We’re thankful to have Todd and John Villines as advisors, each bringing wisdom and deep experience to our organization.

In the first half of 2026, we’re privileged to lead several training engagements centered on crime prevention and the protection of vulnerable people. From countering sex trafficking in March, to responding to intimate partner violence in April, to addressing crime prevention and security negligence in June, these opportunities reflect why we do what we do. I firmly believe education saves lives, and we will continue to show up wherever we can add value to the conversation. We’re also grateful to our good friends at Wilson Elser and Deitch Rogers for joining us at the podium.

Most importantly, I want to express my sincere appreciation to our clients. Your trust in Group Nine Risk Consulting is never taken for granted, and we recognize that the work we do together truly matters. Our mission is to serve you at the highest level and we are deeply honored to be continually asked to contribute our expertise. We remain committed to earning that trust every day through a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Lastly and transparently, I’ll share that the path to this moment was neither smooth nor painless. I have experienced real struggles, setbacks, and heartbreak along the way. While difficult, these lessons are still shaping me and reinforcing my commitment to those who continue to stand by me when it matters most.

I remain your humble and faithful servant,
Charlie
