November 2025 Quarterly Update

This year, Group Nine Risk Consulting took meaningful steps forward in our mission to support safer communities. We continued to deliver objective expert witness support in more than fifty security negligence, police procedures, and use of force matters. We also made major strides in expanding our proactive security assessments and crime analysis services, helping clients better understand risk, prevent crime, and safeguard lives.

We’ve built this business slowly, steadily, and deliberately, focusing on excellence over speed. As such, we remain dedicated to delivering at the highest level as we grow.

To our clients, thank you for trusting us with work that truly matters. To our team, your rigor, discipline, and commitment to high standards continue to be the backbone of everything we do. Wishing you and your families a safe and successful holiday season, and a strong start to the year.

Lastly, I’m excited to share that we’ve started building an advisory board chaired by my close friend and mentor John Villines. We are looking for talented professionals from a variety of industries to join us in these paid roles. If you’re driven by a passion for saving lives, we invite you to bring your expertise to our mission.
